Each offering is governed by its own documents (term sheet, private placement memorandum, subscription agreement). In case of conflict those documents prevail over these terms.

4. Allocations and refunds

Registrations are non-binding indications of interest. Allocations are at our discretion and may be reduced pro-rata. Unallocated or refundable amounts are returned to the originating wallet.

5. Fees

Fees are disclosed on each deal page before you invest.
